Get your nutrition patches
It is time for our kids to earn their nutrition patches. Every student needs to complete the tasks on the homework sheet, which needs to be signed by the parents. If they return the sheet to our instructors they will receive their nutrition patch.

On Sunday Crow Martial Arts hosted the famous Black belt grading. Crow students as well as our friends from the Northern Dragons were tested for their skills, fitness and sparring quality. For the Crow students this day was trial grading to assess their skills and an opportunity to spar different fighters from another club.
After an intense two hour training session Master Craig and Master Rick were happy with the techniques they saw and the effort shown by the participating students.
We congratulate all students for making the next step towards a higher belt.
